God placed a calling in me life, I knew I wanted to heal from trauma, from setbacks, depression, anxiety, toxic relationships, worldly things, you name it. I was drowning in my own mind during pregnancy. I didn’t want to be seen, go to church, talk to my family or do anything, I had lost my joy in life. Not because I was having a baby, but because I was going to be a single mother. My whole little girl dreams were crushed. I held on to this little mustard seed called “Faith”.

I knew I was going to get back up I just didn’t know how. During postpartum depression that small mustard seed of faith kept me going and best believe it was growing. I read the bible, scripted everything God wanted to teach me, wrote it in past tense so I can serve God, letting him know I can and I am capable, then prayed over it. Every day were these tasks in my journal that kept me going. I had something to look for. I was not alone. God gave me mission. A journal & bible can transform you. It has built me, showed me my true calling, and best of all, gained my joy and happiness back again.
